WORKED WITH

Trusted domestic and international agencies, organisations, and partners
in programmes and projects that create positive impact for people, society, environment, and business.

About my work

Who I help

Factories and enterprises in global supply chains are under increasing pressure from local legal regulations, international standards and requirements of brands/business partners.

They need more than just passing audits — they need systems that can operate reliably and sustainably.

What I do

I help organizations conduct comprehensive assessments, design and implement sustainable social and environmental compliance systems, and operationalize responsible business practices that respect human rights, improve workplace conditions, and achieve ESG objectives.

Beyond training or advisory, I work alongside teams to ensure compliance systems truly function in practice — and continuously improve over time.

What sets me apart

Most audits stop at identifying non-compliances.
Most advisory stops at recommendations on paper.
Most training stops at knowledge transfer and skill delivery.

I am driven by a belief that real change begins with a shift in mindset, grounded in integrity, responsibility, and ethical values — and to work until systems operate effectively and deliver sustainable results.

Proprietary Methods

Signature Frameworks

Three structured approaches developed across 600+ engagements. Each one addresses the failure mode that ends most compliance programmes — the gap between audit day and every other day.

FRAMEWORK 01

The Audit-to-System Bridge™

A 90-day engagement that turns a one-time audit report into a living compliance management system — so findings don't reappear at the next cycle.

FRAMEWORK 02

The Compliance Fluency Program™

A Master-Trainer methodology that builds internal auditor capability inside the factory — turning line managers into compliance owners, not compliance reporters.

FRAMEWORK 03

The Responsible Sourcing Readiness Scorecard™

A diagnostic that shows brands and suppliers exactly where they stand against SA8000, RBA, SMETA, SLCP, and HREDD expectations — before the buyer or third-party auditor does.

How I can help

APPAREL — TIER 2 FACTORY · VIETNAM

A cut-and-sew facility in the Mekong Delta had failed two consecutive SMETA audits on working hours, grievance mechanisms, and fire safety documentation. The brand had issued a 90-day remediation notice before potential delistment.

Result

Zero repeat findings

Passed the follow-up SMETA on the first attempt. The factory retained preferred-supplier status and built an internal audit team that has maintained compliance through three subsequent buyer visits.

ELECTRONICS — CONTRACT MANUFACTURER · SOUTH-EAST ASIA

A contract manufacturer supplying a major US retailer failed their RBA VAP audit on recruitment fees, migrant worker documentation, and health-and-safety record-keeping. Sourcing suspension was scheduled if remediation was not complete in 67 days.

Result

67-day full remediation

Full RBA compliance achieved within the deadline. Sourcing relationship preserved. The corrective action plan was adopted as a template by two sibling factories in the group.

"We engaged Lukas ahead of our first RBA audit cycle in Vietnam. He mapped every gap, built the corrective action plan, and trained our line supervisors. We passed on the first attempt — with no critical findings."

Head of Supplier Compliance

Global Apparel Brand

"What sets Lukas apart is that he explains the why behind every requirement. After his training, our supervisors stopped seeing audits as inspections and started treating them as evidence of what they already do right."
